Can you help me with my mortgage financing?

What is the exterior framing?
At no extra cost to the home buyer, the exterior walls in our homes are framed with 2 x 6's on 16" centers. This gives you stronger walls. Also, at no extra cost, your home will be built with 1/2” CDX sheathing exterior grade plywood. That means your house is completely wrapped with wood, making your home very sturdy and secure. Top
Do your homes meet the ENERGY STAR guidelines?
All our homes are built to ENERGY STAR guidelines and are certified by Home Energy Raters. Top
What about insulation?
The exterior walls will yield a value of R-21 consisting of R-19 bats, exterior sheeting, siding, drywall and house wrap. The ceilings have blown insulation rating R-41. The basement will have an R-11 insulation. We also install a basic soundproofing package. Top
Do you offer interior decorating services?
We work with several highly skilled interior designers who can help you with color selections, window treatments and more. Or, if you prefer you can make all your selections in our office. Top
What kind of windows do you use?
There are many manufacturers of windows. We have found the best quality and service is provided by Andersen. We use the Anderson 200 Series tilt wash Low E windows with full screen. Top
Can you offer media rooms, security systems, intercoms, etc.?
Yes, we are very familiar with customizing family entertainment systems to match a family's lifestyle needs. We are also experienced with security systems and have top notch tradesmen and companies that will be able to accommodate any system you desire. Top
Are there smoke detectors?
There are interconnected smoke detectors with battery backup in all bedrooms, and each level of the home to meet the current building code. Top
What about heating and cooling?
We are familiar with many manufactures of different types of heating and cooling systems. Whether you are looking for gas, oil or electric, we can help you find the best suppliers around. Top
Are there windowsills and trim?
Because of the 2 x 6 exterior walls, all the homes built have 6" deep windowsills and all the windows are fully trimmed with colonial trim. All the doorways are trimmed with wood; this greatly reduces the amount of drywall beads which crack and separate. Top
What about my flooring?
You have many color choices for the carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate or hardwood flooring. We use only rebonded padding for our floors, which ensures longer wear. Top
What kind of warranty do you offer?
You will have a copy of our 2 Year Warranty before construction begins. At settlement, you will also receive a list of all the sub contractors who built your home. Any repairs or corrections that need to be made will be done as quickly as possible and at as little inconvenience to you as possible. Top
